From Human Error to Generative Existence

Emerging from the conceptual framework of HUMAN ERROR, AUDIO-VISUAL ÉTUDES extends the exploration of human interaction with technological systems into an autonomous audiovisual environment.

While HUMAN ERROR investigated failure, interruption, and the fragile relationship between humans and digital interfaces, this new work shifts the focus towards generative processes in which sound, image, and computation become active participants.

The synthetic sound modules form a living electronic ecosystem, continuously evolving through algorithmic structures, feedback systems, and audiovisual transformations. What began as a performance instrument develops into an independent exhibition work — a spatial composition of generated sound, moving images, and emergent digital behaviours.

AUDIO-VISUAL ÉTUDES explores the space between human intention and machine autonomy: a territory where systems no longer merely respond to human input, but begin to generate their own forms of expression.
